Terms and Conditions

BeautifullySeated is an online wedding seating chart tool operated as a sole trader business in Australia (ABN: 59 516 110 161), trading as BeautifullySeated. The service allows users to create, edit, and export digital and printed wedding seating charts.

2.1 You must create an account to save and access your seating charts. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

2.2 You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

2.3 You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to update it if anything changes.

2.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3.1 Free tier: You may use BeautifullySeated free of charge with the following limitations: one seating chart, up to 5 saves. Payment is required if either of the following occurs:

(a) You attempt to save your chart for a 6th time or more; or

(b) You attempt to export your seating chart to PDF at any point, regardless of how many saves you have used.

Whichever of these events occurs first will trigger the payment requirement.

3.2 One-time payment ($19 AUD): A single one-time payment of $19 AUD grants you unlimited saves on unlimited seating charts, unlimited chart building and editing, and PDF export in multiple sizes and design themes.

3.3 Subscription plan ($9 AUD/month): A monthly subscription provides the same benefits as the one-time payment on an ongoing basis, with the ability to manage multiple events. Suited to wedding planners and event coordinators. Billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.4 Physical print add-on ($59 AUD): Available at the export stage for any paid user. Covers printing and shipping of your seating chart sign to an Australian address you provide. Delivery timeframes and conditions are detailed at checkout.

4.1 All payments are processed securely through Stripe. BeautifullySeated does not store your credit card details.

4.2 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

4.3 One-time payments are non-refundable once a PDF has been successfully downloaded, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

4.4 Subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

4.5 Physical print orders are non-refundable once sent to print. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For major failures you are entitled to a replacement or refund and, for other failures, to have the goods repaired or replaced.

6.1 By using BeautifullySeated, you provide personal information about yourself (name, email address) and guest information (guest names, dietary requirements) belonging to third parties.

6.2 You confirm that you have obtained appropriate consent from your guests to provide their information to this service, or that you are otherwise entitled to do so for the purpose of planning your wedding or event.

6.3 We collect and store your data and guest data solely for the purpose of providing the BeautifullySeated service. We do not sell, share, or use your data or your guests' data for marketing purposes.

6.4 Guest data (names and dietary requirements) is stored securely and is only accessible to the account holder who entered it.

6.5 You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at beautifullyseated@gmail.com. Data will be deleted within 30 days of a verified request.

6.6 We handle all personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

7.1 The BeautifullySeated platform, including its design, code, themes, and branding, is owned by the operator of BeautifullySeated and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 The seating chart content you create — including your guest names and table configurations — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.

7.3 By using BeautifullySeated, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the platform; share your account access with others; or upload any content that infringes the rights of third parties.

9.1 We aim to keep BeautifullySeated available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.

9.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeautifullySeated will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, errors in exported files, or delays in print delivery. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or by a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
